One of these beauty's?

Of course that's a good thing - as long as when she's driving you're Beer Chug

Thats the one. You do need to source an original RT Horn surround, new horn centre cover can be got a HP.

Only problem with the missus driving is she can chug just as hard as me  notworthy

i still cant get the hang of this quote funtion Laughing

"Each to there own i spose"

In the Name of originallity then i can understand why you would persevere with the Factory PS Box.
But im with Con on this one.

I personally change out the powersteer box on ALL of the Valiants that ive had in the pass & put in the Manual box as the manual set ups aren't that hard to steer anyways, especially for a big old Val,
I remember my bro's LJ Torana's that he owned & they were rack & pinion steer they were heavy as & he recond my old charger was great to steer & commented on how light the steering feel was for a manual set up!! My 2 Cents

Anyway i have quite a few Power steer boxes left,But because they wern't marked up at the time when pulled out of there respective Vehicles i couldn't remember weather they are VEs F G or VH to CMs Bang Head
But im sure if someone wanted one hopefully they could tell whats what as i dont mind selling some of mine off!! Wink

Here is a pic of that Steering wheel fitted with a Charger horn ring. I had to drill and tap the holes for the horn ring.
Very nice to drive with. (Wheel is turned)

I spoke to a chap Peter from PG Hydraulics (0800steering) - a power steering specialist - at the speed show.
They install the firm feel kits in Mopars and had a Mopar PS unit on display. For around  $550 (Depending on the condition of your box) They can fit the kit and dial it in to your preferance. He was very knowledgable chap - definatly the man i would go to.

Still havnt fitted the new bushes, ball joint etc - I will post up how it goes once done - hopefully in the next 2 weeks.
Cheers
Mike
