Was talking to Harley from Bellagios last week and it is definately, weather permitting, going to be a BIG one so early will be the order of the day. Plunket Avenue is closed where the new 20-1 motorway crosses so access is from the Cavendish Drive end only.

huge turnout despite the crap weather. Got there at 7.50, lucky to get a park , apparently there were 300 cars, saw a few of the regulars , Famous Fish band was playing, good vibes. But the rain came down and we scarpered bout 9.20. damn weather. Good on Alistair  only got a couple of pics, put up later |

Wont the Avenga make it ? haha. nah the Avenger just gets laughed at. it's a cool car but it doesn't fit in with all the muscle cars and hot rods there. I tried bringing it there once and people either laughed or called it a vauxhall. go figure. it's best to avoid the angry mobs and take the Charger. and that is why I brought the Avenger. so I could use the little car during the week and save the Charger for car shows. |
